Agentic Bookkeeping provides autonomous, AI-driven financial categorization and bookkeeping services. We connect to your financial institutions in a read-only capacity to automate your financial tracking.

3. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information when connecting your financial accounts.

4. Limitation of Liability

While our AI strives for perfect precision, Agentic Bookkeeping shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the service, including any errors in financial categorization.

5. Modifications to Service

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the service (or any part thereof) with or without notice. We shall not be liable to you or to any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuance of the service.
